Thank you for purchasing one of our most popular and important programs, Core Inner Strength. This program uses hypnosis to help you access and enhance the abilities to be strong and self-confident that we all know are inside us-we just can't get to them.
In each of the hypnotic sessions, you will enter into a state of relaxation, of focus, and of receptivity to suggestions. To achieve maximum benefit from this program, we recommend the following:
CD 1, Track 1: Introducing Core Inner Strength (not hypnotic)
If you wish to skip this track because it is not hypnotic, you may. However, since you are going to let Dr. McNeal guide you through the rest of the program, it might be beneficial to get to know her through this track.
Every track, except this one, is a self-contained hypnosis session. As mentioned, if you want to stay with the same track several or even many times, do so. Move to the next track when you're ready. By taking your time and fully internalizing what you and Dr. McNeal do in a specific session, you can acquire the ability to become more and more relaxed and thus increasingly focused on the track's topic.
When you hear something you want to think about more, it is permissible to stop and center in on that thought or feeling. Then, when you're ready, you can continue with that track.
At the end of each session, Dr. McNeal will let you choose whether to drift off into sleep or to let her help you come back to full consciousness, awake and completely alert.
You are going to take a comforting journey to a wonderful place. It can be based on your past experience, it can be somewhere you've imagined before or imagine now. This place is the core of you, the center of that inner existence that is who you want to be.
And you have a trustworthy guide to walk alongside you on this journey to keep you from feeling lost. Dr. McNeal will help you carry only what you need, discarding unnecessary - even harmful - baggage.
CD 1, Track 2: Meeting Your Inner Strength
The concept of self-esteem concerns how you think and feel about yourself.
You are unique. You deserve to realize your wants and needs.
Dr. McNeal will guide you to your "safe place." It doesn't matter if it's a memory, if it's somewhere now, or even if it's completely imaginary. What's important is that this is where you feel completely safe.
When you arrive at your safe place, you meet your inner strength, that quality you've possessed since birth but didn't realize you had. If you want, you can associate a specific picture, words, or feelings that best represent your inner strength to you. As you become more and more comfortable listening to this program, you'll find that whenever you want to access your safe place and be with your inner strength, all you have to do is just find a quiet place, close your eyes and call this image/word/feeling to mind. Doing so helps you feel more optimistic and confident.
CD 1, Track 3: Raising Self-Esteem
You examine your self-concept: appraise your strengths and weaknesses. Accept your humanness. You'll learn to let discard that negative, unneeded baggage, like criticism and self-blame.
You'll focus on achieving self-respect, even by exploring uncomfortable feelings and learning to understand them, and by reviewing your experiences and making sense of them. You'll learn to ask for what you want and need. And as you begin to respect yourself, you'll learn to set appropriate goals.
The third part of self-esteem is self-confidence. After you've taken steps toward your goal, you'll increase your self-confidence. You become less vulnerable to criticism - you learn to let it go. You'll find it becomes easier to accept others too, and permit them to be who they are. You can visualize yourself in the future - one that is bright and clear.
CD 2, Track 1: Raising Self-Confidence
The next step in the journey is to learn to have faith in yourself.
Remember that you are worthwhile and that you have a right to be happy.Realize how many things you've already accomplished in your life. Acknowledge those accomplishments and keep that sense of pride with you. You can take a small risk, then larger ones-one step at a time. Along the way, take time to celebrate each victory.
CD 2: Track 2: Experiencing Comfort and Safety
By now you should have become comfortable with, and trusting of, Dr. McNeal and her work with you. In this final hypnotic session, you and she will explore your safe place even more carefully, and you will help yourself relax so deeply that you will be totally absorbed by the ideal place-the paradise-where your core inner strength can replenish you.
After you've listened to the entire program
Once you have completed all the tracks, you will undoubtedly find that one particular track means the most to you. You may listen to it as often as you wish, just as you may repeat all the sessions if you wish. Either way, you will become better and better at locating and accessing your strength. During stressful times, you'll be able to take a few minutes and go to your safe place, and, when you leave it, you will take its power with you.

How do I know if I am actually hypnotized while listening to the sessions?
The experience of hypnosis is different for everyone. You might go into a very deep trance and not remember the session. In this case, it is obvious that you were under hypnosis. But for many people, hypnosis is much like reading a good book. You are absorbed, but are still aware of your environment and your internal dialogue.
Will I lose control?
No, because hypnosis cannot make you do anything against your will. All hypnosis is essentially self-hypnosis, and hypnosis will actually give you more control over yourself than you had before.
Can I listen while driving?
Absolutely not. Never listen to a hypnosis session while driving or engaged in any activity that requires your attention.
Can I use more than one hypnosis program at once?
If you have purchased several programs from The Hypnosis Network, we recommend that you complete one program before moving to the next.
