Dr. Ritterman
Michele Ritterman, Ph.D. is a pioneer in the integration of hypnosis and family therapy. One of Milton Erickson's foremost students and the author of Using Hypnosis in Family Therapy, Dr. Ritterman is exceptionally qualified to provide hypnosis programs for relationships, parenting, and other family issues through The Hypnosis Network. She has trained thousands of psychotherapists around the world using her unique methods of working with couples and families.
Dr. Ritterman has appeared on numerous television and radio shows, and routinely runs extensive couples workshops, producing phenomenal results. Her work with families includes inductions, trance vs. medication for enhancing children's ability to concentrate, torture and trauma, and the relationship between symptoms, social justice and personal freedom.
Her numerous published papers and books on couples, time, trance-in-interaction and states of mind have been translated into three languages. She lectures around the world about clinical over/under corrections, synchronicity and reciprocity in couple's therapy.
