1. Schedule a specific time in your daily calendar. Select a calm, comfortable protected space to dedicate to listening to each session. Allocate about 20-25 minutes when you will not be disturbed or interrupted by the telephone, the doorbell or anyone needing your attention. Of course, should it be important for you to stop the session and reorient to your surroundings for whatever reason, you certainly will be able to do so.
2. Do Not Listen to Any Session While Driving or while engaged in any activity that requires your attention.
3. Listen to the Introduction Track all the way through at least once.
4. Proceed to listen to each of the next five track sessions in the order presented in the program. I suggest that you listen to each track at least three times before moving on to the next track. When you have completed the entire sequence, then repeat the individual sessions you find most relevant. Continue to listen to the tracks over time. The more times you listen to the sessions, the more benefit you will absorb!
5. Keep a Personal Log to Track Your Progress
-Start your log on the first day you begin the program. On your first day, take your blood pressure before listening to the introduction. After that, take your blood pressure after each practice session.
-Log the date and time and the track name you listen to.
-Log your blood pressure reading after you listen to the session every time. Use a good blood pressure cuff designed for at home use.
-If you wish, log your own personal note about your observations or feelings at the time of the session.
Do not focus too much on the daily or weekly fluctuations in your blood pressure even if they are positive. Take the long view to see how the trend line changes over time. You are reconditioning your blood pressure for the long haul!

How do I know if I am actually hypnotized while listening to the sessions?
The experience of hypnosis is different for everyone. You might go into a very deep trance and not remember the session. In this case, it is obvious that you were under hypnosis. But for many people, hypnosis is much like reading a good book. You are absorbed, but are still aware of your environment and your internal dialogue.
Will I lose control?
No, because hypnosis cannot make you do anything against your will. All hypnosis is essentially self-hypnosis, and hypnosis will actually give you more control over yourself than you had before.
Can I listen while driving?
Absolutely not. Never listen to a hypnosis session while driving or engaged in any activity that requires your attention.
Can I use more than one hypnosis program at once?
