We ship from multiple locations depending on the shipping address of the order. Please review the shipping policies for the country to which your package is being shipped.
United StatesWaiting for packages to come can be an irritating experience, and we promise to get out your order as quickly as possible. Any order received Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CST will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after this might go out the next day, and of course weekend orders will go out on Monday. Shipments will not be processed on holidays.
Shipments originate in Fort Worth, Texas.
We use UPS as our primary shipper, and you will be emailed tracking information the day we send your order.
Our standard service is UPS Ground, but you may choose 3 Day, 2 Day, and Next Day shipping. Remember the 2:00 PM CST cutoff time for shipment. If you order after 2:00 PM on a weekday and select Next Day service, you might not receive your package the very next day, because we missed the UPS truck! We will, however, try our best to flag these orders and get them out immediately. If it is after 5:00 PM CST, then it is definitely too late.
PO Boxes or military addresses
If you absolutely must have your order shipped to a PO Box or military address, our shopping cart will offer you USPS Priority Mail service through the Post Office, since UPS cannot ship to these addresses. The cost is $8.75 (flat rate). We have no way good way of tracking these orders and cannot guarantee delivery times.
Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
If your shipping address is in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, you should see an option for USPS Priority Mail in addition to UPS services. Priority Mail is the most affordable delivery method to all three of these locations. Note that we cannot track these orders and cannot guarantee delivery times.
