If you are not getting the results you expected from any of our programs, you can return the product within one year of purchase with no questions asked. All you have to do is send the package, with your receipt, back to our office at:

We will credit your credit card for the cost of the product within one week of the date we receive your package. If you pay by check or send in cash, you will be sent a check for the cost of the item within one week of the date we receive your package. If you have lost your receipt, please call us to get your order number, and then clearly identify your order number on the package you send it back to us.

We realize that waiting for packages to come can be an irritating experience and we promise to get out your order as quickly as possible. Any order received Monday through Friday (except on holidays), before 2:00pm CST will be sent out the same day. Orders placed later may go out the next day, and of course weekend orders will go out on Monday.

We use UPS as our shipper, and you will be sent out tracking information as soon as we send your order out. Depending on what country you are in, you will have access to UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next-Day shipping. Remember, if you order Next-Day shipping after 2:00pm on a weekday, you might not receive your package the very next day because we missed the UPS truck!!! We will, however, try our best to flag these orders and get them out. If it is after 5:00pm CST, then it is definitely too late

In our experience, UPS is by far the most efficient shipping company for this market, but there are a couple of things that you should be aware of:

• They do not ship to PO Boxes. If you absolutely must have your order shipped to a PO Box, you should see an option for USPS (The Post Office) for flat-rate shipping. We have no good way of tracking these orders and cannot guarantee delivery times.
• International shipping can be quite expensive. Therefore we do offer a flat-rate $10 (Canada) and $12 (all other countries) USPS option. Please be aware that if you choose this option, we cannot track your order.
  We can never predict how long your package will remain in customs.

We honor all people as unique individuals and will NEVER share any correspondence (whether it be written or verbal) with anyone outside of the company without your written consent.

Furthermore, it is our commitment to protecting the privacy rights of anyone who visits our site.

We collect email addresses from those who ask to receive free downloads of our products, those who subscribe to our newsletter, and from customers who order products.

We will only use these email addresses to send you unique product offerings and discounts, information about your order, or information specific to lists you may subscribe to. You will always have the option of removing yourself from a list by following a link that is at the bottom of all of our newsletters.

Furthermore, we do not sell, trade or otherwise share any information about our site visitors with third parties.
