We will credit your credit card for the cost of the product within one week of the date we receive your package. NOTE: Due to credit card regulations, we can only issue refunds to your credit card account up to 120 days after purchase. If your order was processed more than 120 days previously, you will be sent a check for the refund amount. Also, credit cards that have expired or changed cannot be refunded. A check will be issued in this case.
If you originally paid by check, money order, or cash, you will be sent a check for the cost of the item within one week of the date we receive your package.
If you have lost your receipt, please call us to get your order number, and then clearly identify your order number on the package you send back to us.
