Hypnosis is one of the most effective methods yet discovered to break the smoking habit. In fact, multi-session hypnosis, like the program you are holding, has been proven to be as much as 10 times as effective as quitting "cold turkey" without other tools or resources.
The Non-Smoker's Edge is composed of 17 sessions.
Sessions 1-7: These Sessions introduce you to the concept of hypnosis and provide a thorough discussion of smoking-cessation research, withdrawal products, and behavior modification strategies. You'll listen to these first to help you understand the quitting process. They are information only, not hypnosis.
Sessions 8-12: Session 8 is informational and the rest of hypnotic. These hypnosis sessions, 9-12, are the core component of this program. You will listen to each of these four hypnosis sessions.
Sessions 13-16: These are bonus hypnosis sessions. You can choose to listen to any or all of these you feel you want or need. If you are concerned, for example, about weight gain or social stress, there are specific sessions for those issues.
Session 17: This is a smoking aversion technique often used by psychologists for smoking cessation.
DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY SESSION WHILE DRIVING OR WHILE ENGAGED IN ANY ACTIVITY THAT REQUIRES YOUR ATTENTION.

How do I know if it is working? How do I know if I am actually hypnotized while listening to the sessions?
The experience of hypnosis is different for everyone. You might go very deep and not remember the session. In this case, it is obvious that you were under hypnosis. But for many people, hypnosis is much like reading a good book. You are absorbed, but you are still aware of your environment and your internal dialogue.
The depth of the trance has no effect on your results. The best way to notice if the hypnosis is working is to notice your decisions during the day regarding smoking. Gradually, it will be easier and easier to make the right decisions – but you will NOT be an automaton!
Will I lose control?
All hypnosis is essentially self-hypnosis, and hypnosis will actually give you more control over yourself than you had before. Hypnosis cannot make you do anything against your will.
Can I listen while sleeping?
It is not a good idea to listen to the hypnosis sessions while lying down to go to bed, because, if you fall asleep, the sessions will not be effective. A great time to listen is in the morning when you wake up, or in the evening when you get home from work.
Can I listen while driving?
Absolutely not. Never listen to a hypnosis session while driving or engaged in any activity that requires your attention. Please listen in a quiet place where you will be undisturbed, without operating a vehicle or any dangerous machinery.
