Education (one or more of these degrees)
Doctorate in medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
Doctorate in Clinical Social Work (D.S.W.)
Doctorate in psychology (Ph.D.)
Licensing
Licensed or certified in the state in which they practice (except in the state of New York).
Activity
Member of a professional society consistent with their degree, such as the AMA, APA or ADA.
Has practiced hypnosis for at least 7 years.
